Undamaged items and unwashed/unworn apparel can be returned for store credit and must be requested via email within 30 days of the original shipping date. We will NOT accept items that are not in re-sellable condition.
- You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) to our fulfillment center.
- Once we receive the item back you will be refunded in the form of a gift card via email.
- Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item.
- Credits cannot be issued in the form of checks or cash. Shipping costs can not be refunded.
- If your package is returned to us for any reason you are responsible for any reshipping costs.
- All shipping payments must be received within 7 business days of the initial request, or your reshipment / exchange will be denied.
- Retired Drawing Board designs, Prize and Sale items can not be returned for any reason.
